Serene Ocean Views Villa boasting an incredible panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and spectacular sunsets, islands to be seen from the property include St Barts, Nevis, St Kitts, St. Eustatia, and Saba. The property has a large Mango tree, banana tree, berry trees, several big and beautiful Flamboyant trees and arrangement of flowers and plants surrounding the property. Unlike most places in Sint Maarten there is an abundance of green lawn and many trees and plants, yet they all blend in with the home and the unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea. The Villa is very private with a large pool and one has no issue in sunbathing without having to worry about neighbors. There is a large outdoor under roof living area equipped with outdoor hi end stereo along with 60" LED TV. There is outdoor dining, or lounging, on the abundance of sofa and lounge chairs. Equipped with a barbecue, outdoor bar and pool table makes all your outdoor living more pleasant. If you want to relax or listen to music and play some pool, you can definitely set the tone for your mood. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms have their own ensuites and two have sea views. All bathrooms are finished in Travertine Polished tiles. All bedrooms include top quality Tommy Bahama top end bedroom furniture and all include top end mattresses and linens for your comfort. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning, LED TV's and I pod or MP3 players. The master bedroom ensuite boasts sinks for two along with a steam shower for two and twin Jacuzzi with a separate sound system and TV for viewing in the tub. There is also a private balcony off the bedroom to the west wing of the villa.The living room has incredibly high cathedral ceilings all finished in Cedar and the room is huge and is air conditioned and has a panoramic view of the sea through the glass sliding doors. There is a very high end Intergra Surround Sound system along with Klipsch and JBL speaker and the sound is wired outside. There is a 65" LG 4K TV along with streaming from our android box, there is an overabundance of selection of movies and sports to choose from. The living room is furnished with top end leather sectional with foot rest and adjustable head rest, bamboo floors and finished with handmade wood painted furnishings from Spain. The kitchen is an open concept kitchen overlooking the living room with it owns breakfast bar and chairs, 6 burner gas stove, oven and microwave. We have every appliance you could ask for including an air fryer. There is a washer and dryer along with an exercise room with several machines. The villa is gated and has 12' wall around it for the ultimate privacy. There is also plenty of parking. Villa is sold unfurnished.
