Gated Villa Frangipani in Pelican Key Estate is definitely a special home, surrounded by a mature tropical garden of flowers and fruit trees, a large garden pool, and a large Gazebo complemented with a barbecue kitchen, for alfresco dining and grass to walk on welcomes you after a day on the beach.

The Villa consists of 3 master bedroom suits, on two levels both with large terraces, partly roofed in great for outside breakfast, or just relaxing or getting a deeper tan great open ocean views to feast on, while the world's greatest yachts pass right in front of your eyes. The Living room offers an inside and outside dining room.
