Villa Sanctuary is located in the only beachfront development with 24/7 security Indigo Bay Estate complemented by an excellent beachfront French restaurant with sunsets.

This brand-new ocean-side designer Villa is one of a kind with sunsets most of the year and a few minutes walk to the beach. Close to its unique location are restaurants, casinos,s and shopping.

Upon entering, you find on your left a completely Bosch equipped kitchen with an Aisle, next to the Dining Room you enter the elegant living room with its large dome complemented by a Crystal chandelier inspired by Moroccan Architecture flanked by a master bedroom suite on each side, all overlooking the ocean. Large glass sliding Doors open to the terrace partly covered with a large pool and sun tan area as well as a breakfast set up while in the early morning shade.
The three Master bedroom suites consist of large Italian design, king-size beds, and the third bedroom suite consists of a queen-size bed. Every room has a flat TV wall unit.

A separate terrace next to the Villa figures a complete barbecue area.
This unique Villa can extend itself to a fifth-bedroom suite since there is a staircase. Once unlocked the door leads downstairs into the garden and a large two-bedroom suite Apartment with another private pool.
