Vista Azul welcomes you to Point Blanche, Sint Maarten. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa, newly renovated is a luxury and comfortable residence with endless ocean views.

Once you enter the property you will meet comfort and privacy in Caribbean elegance with ocean views from almost every angle. The villa has been recently renovated and upgraded. All rooms have king-size beds, the living room is provided with modern high-quality furniture, and outdoors there is seating on both sides of the Villa.

In the back of the property you will find the beautiful pool with sun loungers, seating and BBQ areas, and in the front a large dining table on the spacious terrace.

Point Blanche is located next to Philipsburg, it's minutes away from Great Bay Beach, Front Street (Philipsburg's main shopping street), and the ferry that goes to neighboring islands St. Barths, Saba, and St. Eustatius. There are various restaurants and bars in the area and Orient Bay, known for the best beach restaurants, is only 20 minutes by car.

On most days you can see St. Barths and Saba, often also St. Eustatius, and occasionally Nevis and St. Kitts, we hope you see them all while enjoying the comfort and privacy of this villa with the sound of the ocean in the background.
