Simpsonbay beach will soon be the enjoying  Dingy's Beach Bar and Grill at Cocovaa Beach Hotel . Originating on Water Island, USVI, Dinghy’s is a family run beach bar & restaurant since 2013.Known for its delicious menu, tropical specialty cocktails, live music & events, beautiful beach setting, beach rentals including Lounge Chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, kayaks, snorkel gear, Beach Tennis, Beach Volleyball and pickleball courts, rooftop deck bar to watch the infamous planes come and go Located on the quiet secluded beach of Simpson Bay at the Cocovaa beach hotel , it’s the perfect venue for weddings, private parties, concerts, and sports events like our annual Beach Tennis Tournament that will bring thousands of players from all over the world to compete and enjoy the beautiful island of St Maarten/St. Martin.
